King W.C. Wang
Graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in Master Degree of Engineering Enterprise Management, Mr. Wang founded OSCG with Mr. Xiao and Mr. Kong. Before founding OSCG, Mr. Wang has many years of experience in designing and sales management for various industries. His experience includes major designer and pre-sales for Multimedia Solutions and Railway Main Control Systems. Mr. Wang also worked in many OEM factories in China as Foreign Business Directors. He successfully founded and managed an Export Sales Department for one Infrastructure Material Manufacturer. Mr. Wang’s Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) references cover many industries including Electronic Traders, Compressed Natural Gas Solution Company, OEMs, IT service vendors, Toy Companies, Furniture Manufacturers and etc.
Graduated from East China Normal University majored in Computer Science, Mr. Xiao has been working in software industries for more than ten years. Before he joined OSCG as Technical Director, he worked for IBM and HP as software engineer and project manager. His project references include Enterprise System for automobile industries and telecommunication companies. From 2009, as one of the Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) pioneer in China, he started his research and promotion of Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) in the Great China area. He successfully implemented Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) for Hospital, Mechanical Engineering Companies. Mr. Xiao also published many Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) related books including “Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) Application and Development Basic”. These books become the fundamental materials for Chinese Developed to learn Odoo (Formerly OpenERP).
Graduated from University of Australia in early 1990, Mr. Kong has more than 20 years experience in Oil Companies. His specialities include Engineering, Supply Chain Management Logistics. Before OSCG, Mr. Kong was the Regional General Manager of Supply Chain Management. He also possessed Six Sigma Black Belt certificate in Quality Control. Mr. Kong has many years of ERP project implementation. He was the key person in one JD Edward ERP system implementation project.
Yoshi has more than 10 years of experience on three different ERP systems – SAP, QAD and Odoo (Formerly OpenERP), with main focus on functional consultation and project management. Experience with a few different enterprise systems has given him deeper insights on strengths and weaknesses of each solution, adding fairly comprehensive and objective points of views to his consultation with clients.Yoshi has worked in more than 15 ERP implementation projects of various scales (5 ~ 300 users), mainly supporting Japanese trading/manufacturing companies all over Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore) and non-Japanese companies operating in Japan. Having lived in a few different countries over the last 15 years (Japan, Australia, USA, China and Hong Kong), Yoshi is well versed in languages (Japanese, English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese) and cross-cultural communication, which are essential characteristics for carrying out international projects. Yoshi holds a Batchelor’s degree in Law from Kobe University. He also studied as an exchange student (International Studies) at The Ohio State University where he loved watching all sorts of college sports.

Our Hong Kong Team is specializing in Business Analysis and ERP Implementation. The team consists of consultants from different specialities and cultures. Our Shanghai Team works seemlessly with Hong Kong Team to mainly provide the technical support and customization in Odoo (Formerly OpenERP). Shanghai team consists of couple of technical leaders in former Chinese Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) Communities. Some of our experts also composed many localized Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) documents and they are now widely used by the communities in China. More technical consultants are trained over there and we aim to become the seeds and the pioneers to promote Odoo (Formerly OpenERP) here in the Great China Area.
