The Company

FrSky is a research and development oriented company, committed to applying innovative technology into the development and manufacturing of electronic products.We won the championship in 2018 China Innovation &Entrepreneurship Competition (Electronic Information Industry Group), and have been awarded numerous honorary titles like “Jiangsu High Technology Enterprise”, “Advanced Enterprise in Sunan National Innovation Park ”, “Wuxi Demonstration Enterprise on Integration of Informatization and Industrialization”, to name a few from recent years.

The Challenge

The company is a full stack RC models and equipment manufacturer. It has Machinery & Injection, SMT, Assembly and Package workshops. Each of their products can have up to thousands of parts.

The Result

The Odoo has been successfully implemented and covered 90% of their business applications and processes. OSCG has helped FrSky to build the prototype and Phase 1 project and at the same time we did a substantial amount of knowledge transferring to the FrSky team and they are now keeping evolving the system by their team and OSCG is acting as a support and consulting roles.
